چکیده
Layered perovskite-like oxide Bi 3 Ti 1.5 W 0.5 O 9 has been synthesized by the method of high-temperature solid-state reaction. The X-ray diffraction study showed that compound is single-phase and structure family Aurivillius phases (AP) with parameters close to orthorhombic unit cell corresponding space group A2 1 am. temperature dependences relative permittivity ε/ε 0 loss tangent tgsigma are measured at different frequencies. For compound, piezoelectric modulus d 33 was measured. microstructure obtained. Keywords: phases, , activation energy E a Curie T C .
